It's Our Final Day of Our Clearsnap Blog Hop!!

Today wraps up our week long Halloween Blog Hop with Clearsnap!

Clearsnap is known for their endless array of inks and stamps pads along with their new addition of their
Smooch Sprays and Inks!

We have to tell you...once you try them...you'll want to "collect" all the colors now available!

Today we have projects from Designer Julie Walton and some Halloween decor to spruce up your home before Monday!!

Halloween Frame
Designer: Julie Walton

Epiphany Crafts Supplies:
Round 25 Studio Shape Tool, Round 25 Bubble Caps
Round 14 Studio Shape Tool, Round 14 Bubble Caps
Star Felt Settings

Other Supplies:
Clearsnap Smooch Spritz
Smooch Inks

Halloween Frame is an altered frame. I used the Smooch Spritz on the outside edges of the frame in purple and on the inside edge of the frame in orange and then beefed the color up with the smooch ink. I used the large round bubblecaps on the frame surface and two of the small round bubblecaps in the vintage settings along with the felt settings.

Hello Fall Mixed Media Canvas
Designer: Julie Walton

Epiphany Crafts Supplies:
Heart Studio Shape Tool, Heart Bubble Caps
Round 14 Shape Tool, Round 14 Bubble Caps

Other Supplies:
Clearsnap Smooch Spritz
Sparkle Fibers

Hello Fall is a mixed media canvas that I first sprayed with the Smooch Spritz, I tried to use the adhesive masks on the canvas after spraying the spritz so that I could apply the foils and I found that didn't work, but they did remove some of the spritz and I liked that look so left it. I used the small heart bubble caps on foil by just applying the adhesive side to the foil itself. I did this as well with the small round bubblecaps and used them with the charms and vintage settings. I applied some of the sparkle fibers to the adhesive side of the large heart bubblecaps as well. I used the ink to stamp the large flower and the edges of the canvas.

1. Die cut or free-hand cut a ghost shape from patterned paper. Edge with Black Mixed Media Inx and stitch to a piece of black cardstock. Trim around the ghost shape, leaving approximately a 1/8" border. Edge black cardstock with Jasmine Mixed Media Inx.

2. To create the banner, first emboss a scrap of black cardstock with Clearsnap's Design Adhesives and Top Boss White Embossing Powder. The Design Adhesives work just like rub-ons. Simply cut out your desired design, rub it on like you would a typical rub-on, peel up the clear liner, and emboss, add glitter, foil, flock, whatever you wish.

3. Cut 3 triangles from embossed cardstock for the banner. My triangles are about 1.5" wide by 1.75" long. Swag string across the ghost shape, and attach the banners using Glue Arts U Cut It Foam adhesive.

4. Embellish banner with trims, chipboard alpha stickers, designer pins and picks. Create bubble caps using the Epiphany Crafts Round 14 Studio Tool and Round 14 caps to place between each banner flag. Create a heart button using the Epiphany Crafts Heart 20 Studio Tool and a Heart 20 Cap to embellish the top of the bow.

6. For the mouth, punch a 1" circle from black cardstock and cut into a figure 8 shape. Edge with Jasmine Mixed Media Inx and adhere to the ghost using Glue Arts Extreme Adhesive Squares.

7. Emboss a chipboard flag with Top Boss White Embossing Powder and stamp a sentiment with small alpha stamps. Adhere to the designer pins using Glue Arts U Cut It Foam adhesive.

Project Information:
-I used the Clearsnap smooch to "paint" flowers on the canvas like the flowers found in the coordinating paper line on the cover and farm page.
-I used the heart epoxy to create a mask on the buggy ride page, and then spritzed the smooch spritz over them and stitched the hearts.
-I used the square epoxy tool to punch squares and place them in a "grid" on the farm canvas page. To draw further interest to the grid element, I added epoxies here and there on the grid.

Flower Headband
Designer: Robyn Schaub

Epiphany Crafts Supplies:
Round 14 Shape Studio Tool, Round 14 Bubble Caps
Spring Flowers

Other Supplies:
Clearsnap Smooch Spritz
Clearsnap Smooch Ink

I altered one of my daughter's headbands by spraying a shabby flower with Smooch Spritz to give it a weathered look. I outlined the edges of the EC Spring Flowers with Smooch Ink and I stamped a faint image with the Smooch Ink on the paper before creating a Round14 for the center. I added some tulle to the back of the flower to give it a fuller look (and because my daughter loves tulle!).
