To create this box, here are the instructions that I followed:

I started with a 9x9" square piece of pattern paper:

Using the Super Crafty Tape by Scrapbook Adhesives, secured the edges together.

I used the "My Stick" adhesive to create my tag!

I love how you can pivot the angle of this adhesive to work perfectly for your hand!!!
